「介護と支援の相談どころ そよぎ」(以下「当事務所」)が提供するAndroidアプリ「そよぎノート」「非言語サポーターアプリ そよぎ」「消したい黒い岩」「Wise World 1・2・3」「ドットバトルVS」「脳活・そよぎ」「脳活ジグソーパズル」「宝の迷宮」「そよぎ式AAC」「福祉サポーターズサポート・そよぎ(高齢者版)」「福祉サポーターズ・サポート(障害者版)」「おうち介護サポート・そよぎ」「おうち介護記録・そよぎ」「10代の情報室」「もしもカード・そよぎ」「そよぎ式スケジューラー」「会話補助ノート・そよぎ」「音の箱庭」「スゴロクタワー」「仕組みの箱庭」「困りごと制度ガイド・そよぎ」「気象予報士 学科過去問トレーニング」「基本情報技術者 過去問トレーニング」「名作の主人公になろう！」(これらのアプリをブラウザで使うWeb版を含みます)、およびブラウザ用の拡張機能「かざしてリンク」「誤操作防止シールド(そよぎ)」「便利スクショツール・そよぎ」「そよぎセキュリティシールド」「便利クリップメモ・そよぎ」(同アプリをブラウザで使うWeb版を含みます)(以下あわせて「本アプリ」)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通り定めます。

1. 基本方針：個人情報を取得しません

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報(氏名、連絡先、位置情報、端末内のデータなど)を取得、保存、送信、または外部に提供することは一切ありません。アカウント登録は不要で、広告も表示しません。

2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

入力されたデータや設定内容(言語・文字サイズ・音の設定、プレイ記録や成績、体調・介護・気持ちの記録、記録・日記等の入力内容など)は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が外部に送信されることはなく、当事務所が閲覧することもできません。アプリをアンインストールする、または拡張機能を削除すると、これらの情報は端末から削除されます。

なお「音の箱庭」で録音・書き出しできる音は、アプリ内で合成された音のみです。マイクで周囲の音を録音することはありません。作った音源は端末内で処理され、外部へ出るのは利用者ご自身が保存・共有の操作を行った場合に限られます。

3. カメラおよび写真(アルバム)の取り扱い

カメラや写真を利用する機能は、すべて端末内で処理が完結します。

  • 「脳活ジグソーパズル」：利用者がアルバムから選択した写真、またはカメラで撮影した写真は、ジグソーパズルの絵柄として端末内でのみ使用されます。画像が外部に送信・保存されることはなく、アプリが画像を恒久的に保存することもありません(パズルを終えると画像はアプリ内に残りません)。
  • 「ドットバトルVS」：カメラで撮影された画像データは、端末内でのドット絵生成およびステータス解析のためにのみリアルタイムで処理されます。画像データ自体が外部のサーバーに送信、保存、または管理されることは一切ありません。
  • 「そよぎ式AAC」：利用者がアルバムから選んだ写真や、カメラで撮影した写真を使って「じぶんだけのカード」を作れます。これらの画像はすべて端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信・共有されることは一切ありません。
  • 「おうち介護記録・そよぎ」：皮膚の様子などを記録するためにカメラで撮影した写真、またはアルバムから選択した写真は、記録の一部として端末内にのみ保存されます。外部に送信・共有されることは一切ありません。
  • 「そよぎ式スケジューラー」：利用者がアルバムから選んだ写真、またはカメラで撮影した写真を、予定を表す「絵カード」として使えます。これらの画像は端末内でのみ処理・保存され、外部に送信・共有されることは一切ありません。
  • 「会話補助ノート・そよぎ」：利用者がアルバムから選んだ写真、またはカメラで撮影した写真を、会話を助けるカードとして使えます。これらの画像は端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信・共有されることは一切ありません。
  • 「スゴロクタワー」：「みんなで」モードで、写真をコマの目印アイコンとして使えます。写真は端末内で小さな丸いアイコンに変換され、ゲームの画面表示にのみ使われます。元の写真がアプリに保存されたり、外部に送信されたりすることは一切ありません。

4. 対戦データ・共有コードのやり取りについて

「ドットバトルVS」の対戦は、画面に表示されるQRコードを相手の端末で読み取る方式で、インターネット通信は行いません。QRコードでやり取りされるのは対戦に必要なデータ(ドット化された数値やパラメータ等の数値・テキストデータ)のみで、利用者の個人情報や元の画像データがやり取りされることはありません。

「仕組みの箱庭」の共有コードは、画面に表示される文字列を利用者ご自身がコピーして相手に渡す方式で、アプリが自動で送信することはありません。コードに含まれるのは作った仕掛けの配置データのみで、個人情報は含まれません。

5. ブラウザ用拡張機能の取り扱い

ブラウザ用の拡張機能も、Androidアプリと同じ考え方で作られています。読み取った情報はすべて利用者の端末内で処理され、当事務所へ送信されることはありません。広告配信や行動解析のための仕組みは、いずれの拡張機能にも組み込まれていません。外部と通信するのは「そよぎセキュリティシールド」だけで、その内容は危険なサイトの一覧を受け取ることに限られます(詳しくは同項に記載します)。

  • 「かざしてリンク」：ツールバーのアイコンを押したときにだけ、そのとき開いているタブのアドレスを1件読み取り、端末内でQRコードに変換して表示します。アドレスを外部に送信することも、端末内に保存することもありません。
  • 「誤操作防止シールド(そよぎ)」：押されたボタンの表示文字(先頭80文字まで)と、表示中のサイトのホスト名を、確認画面を出すかどうかの判定にのみ使い、判定が終わればどちらも保存も送信もしません。端末内に保存されるのは、利用者ご自身が選んだ設定(有効・無効、確認の出し方、停止するサイト、表示言語)だけです。入力欄に打ち込んだ内容やページの本文を読み取ることはありません。
  • 「便利スクショツール・そよぎ」：ツールバーのアイコンまたはショートカットを押したときにだけ動作し、利用者が選んだ範囲を撮影します。画像のつなぎ合わせと保存はすべて端末内で完結し、保存先は利用者ご自身が保存ダイアログで指定した場所です。閲覧履歴やアドレスを取得することはなく、拡張機能側にデータを保存することもありません。
  • 「そよぎセキュリティシールド」：危険なサイトの一覧を最新に保つため、1時間ごとの自動更新のときと、利用者が更新ボタンを押したときに、OpenPhish(openphish.com)とURLhaus(urlhaus.abuse.ch)へ接続し、公開されているURLの一覧を受け取ります。この通信は受け取るだけで、こちらから送る内容はありません。ただし通信に伴い、一覧の提供元のサーバーに、接続元のIPアドレスと日時が記録される場合があります。利用者が開こうとしたアドレスの確認は、端末内に保存した一覧との照合だけで行っており、閲覧したアドレスやホスト名、閲覧履歴を外部へ送る仕組みはありません。端末内に保存されるのは、受け取った一覧、最終更新の日時と件数、機能のオン・オフ、表示言語だけです。
  • 「便利クリップメモ・そよぎ」：ウェブページ上でコピー・カットされた文章、利用者が書いたメモ、付箋の色やパネルの表示位置を、端末内の保存領域にのみ保存します。パスワード入力欄からコピーされた文字は記録しません。コピー元のページのアドレスやタイトルも保存しません。クリップボードの読み取りは、利用者が「いまのクリップボードを取り込む」ボタンを押したときにのみ行い、常時監視することはありません。保存できる件数はコピー履歴・メモとも各50件までで、上限を超えると、ピン止めしていない古いものから自動的に整理されます。ブラウザで使うWeb版も同じ作りで、内容は端末内(ブラウザの保存領域)にのみ保存されます。

なお、これらの拡張機能のうち、どのページでも働くもの(「誤操作防止シールド(そよぎ)」「そよぎセキュリティシールド」「便利クリップメモ・そよぎ」)は、ブラウザの権限表示に「すべてのサイトでのデータの読み取りと変更」や「閲覧履歴の読み取り」といった強い表現が出ます。これはどのページでも動作するために必要な表示であり、実際に扱う情報は上記に記載した範囲に限られます。

6. 配信元による情報の取り扱い(Google Play・Chrome ウェブストア・Web版)

本アプリのうちAndroidアプリはGoogle Play ストアを通じて提供されており、Googleによって匿名の機能情報(インストール数、端末の機種、アプリのクラッシュログなど)が自動で収集される場合があります。ブラウザ用の拡張機能はChrome ウェブストアを通じて提供されており、同様に匿名の統計情報が収集される場合があります。これらの情報は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。

「便利クリップメモ・そよぎ」「気象予報士 学科過去問トレーニング」「基本情報技術者 過去問トレーニング」「名作の主人公になろう！」のWeb版は、外部のホスティングサービス(GitHub Pages)上に置かれています。そのため、ページを開く際に配信元のサーバーへ通信が発生し、同社の管理下でアクセス記録が残る場合があります。この通信はページを表示するために必要なものであり、利用者が保存した文章やメモが送信されることはありません。

7. 第三者提供について

当事務所が本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報を取得することはないため、第三者に提供することもありません。広告配信や行動解析を目的とした第三者のSDKも組み込まれていません。

8. 外部リンクについて

本アプリに外部ウェブサイトへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。リンク先のウェブサイトにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、当該サイトのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。当事務所は、リンク先サイトでのデータ処理や内容について一切の責任を負いません。

9. 免責事項

利用者が本アプリを利用したことによって生じた不利益について、当事務所は一切の責任を負いません。本アプリの安全性についてはご自身でご確認ください。

Privacy Policy (Soyogi Series Common)

The handling of user information in the Android applications "Soyogi Note", "Non-Verbal Support App Soyogi", "Black Stone", "Wise World 1, 2, 3", "Dot Battle VS", "Brain Training Soyogi", "Jigsaw Puzzle: Soyogi", "Treasure Labyrinth", "Soyogi AAC", "Welfare Supporters' Support: Senior Edition", "Welfare Supporters' Support: Disability Edition", "Soyogi Home Care Guide", "Home Care Log - SOYOGI", "Teen Info Room", "Moshimo Card - Soyogi", "Soyogi Scheduler", "Soyogi Conversation Notes", "Oto no Hakoniwa", "Spinner Tower", "Shikumi no Hakoniwa", "Japan Support Guide - SOYOGI", "Forecaster Exam Prep - SOYOGI", "FE Exam Prep - SOYOGI", and "Be the Hero of Tales - SOYOGI" (including the browser-based web versions of those apps), and in the browser extensions "Kazashite Link", "Misclick Shield", "Handy Screenshot Tool by Soyogi", "Soyogi Security Shield", and "Handy Clip Memo - Soyogi" (including the browser-based web version of that last app) (collectively, "the Apps"), provided by "Kaigo to Shien no Soudan-dokoro Soyogi" ("our office"), is set forth as follows:

1. Basic Policy: We Do Not Collect Personal Information

The Apps do not acquire, save, transmit, or provide to external parties any personal information of users (such as name, contact information, location, or data within the device). No account registration is required, and no advertisements are displayed.

2. Information Stored Only on Your Device

All entered data and settings (such as language, text size, sound settings, play records and scores, health and care records, mood notes, and journal or note entries) are saved exclusively and locally on the user's device. This information is never transmitted externally, and our office has no access to it. Uninstalling an app or removing an extension deletes this information from the device.

In addition, the audio that can be recorded and exported in "Oto no Hakoniwa" consists solely of sound synthesized within the app; it does not record ambient sound through the microphone. The audio you create is processed on your device and leaves the device only when you yourself choose to save or share it.

3. Handling of Camera and Photos (Album)

All camera and photo features are processed entirely within the device.

  • "Jigsaw Puzzle: Soyogi": Photos selected from the album or taken with the camera are used only within the device as the picture for the jigsaw puzzle. Images are never transmitted or stored externally, and the App does not permanently store them (no image remains in the App after the puzzle ends).
  • "Dot Battle VS": Captured image data is processed in real-time within the device for generating dot art and analyzing statuses. The image data itself is never transmitted to, saved on, or managed on external servers.
  • "Soyogi AAC": Photos you choose from your album or take with the camera can be used to create your own cards. All such images are stored only on your device and are never transmitted or shared.
  • "Home Care Log - SOYOGI": Photos taken with the camera or selected from the album to record skin conditions and similar observations are stored only on your device as part of your records. They are never transmitted or shared externally.
  • "Soyogi Scheduler": Photos you choose from your album or take with the camera can be used as picture cards ("e-cards") representing schedule items. These images are processed and stored only on your device and are never transmitted or shared.
  • "Soyogi Conversation Notes": Photos you choose from your album or take with the camera can be used as cards to aid conversation. These images are stored only on your device and are never transmitted or shared.
  • "Spinner Tower": In the "Play Together" mode, you may use a photo as a piece icon. The photo is converted on your device into a small round icon used only to display your piece during the game. The original photo is never saved by the App or transmitted externally.

4. Handling of Match Data and Share Codes

Matches in "Dot Battle VS" are exchanged by having the other device scan a QR code shown on screen; no internet communication is used. The data carried in the QR code is limited to what a match requires (dot-converted numbers, parameters, and other numerical or text data), and no personal information or original image data is exchanged.

The share code in "Shikumi no Hakoniwa" is a text string shown on screen that users copy and pass on by themselves; the App never sends it automatically. The code contains only the layout data of the machine you built, and no personal information.

5. Handling by the Browser Extensions

The browser extensions are built on the same principle as the Android apps. Everything they read is processed on the user's own device and is never transmitted to our office. None of them contain any mechanism for advertising or behavioral analytics. The only extension that communicates externally is "Soyogi Security Shield", and that communication is limited to receiving lists of dangerous sites, as described in its entry below.

  • "Kazashite Link": Only when you click the toolbar icon does it read the address of the tab you have open at that moment, converting it into a QR code on your device. The address is never transmitted externally and is never stored on your device.
  • "Misclick Shield": The label text of the button you clicked (up to the first 80 characters) and the hostname of the site you are viewing are used solely to decide whether to show a confirmation dialog; once that decision is made, neither is stored nor transmitted. The only things saved on your device are the settings you chose yourself (on/off, confirmation style, sites to skip, and display language). It never reads what you type into input fields or the body text of pages.
  • "Handy Screenshot Tool by Soyogi": It runs only when you click the toolbar icon or press the shortcut, capturing the area you select. Stitching and saving are completed entirely on your device, and the file is written to the location you specify in the save dialog. It does not obtain your browsing history or addresses, and the extension itself stores no data.
  • "Soyogi Security Shield": To keep its list of dangerous sites current, it connects to OpenPhish (openphish.com) and URLhaus (urlhaus.abuse.ch) during its hourly automatic update and whenever you press the update button, and receives the publicly published lists of URLs. These requests only receive data; nothing is sent from your side. The list providers' servers may, however, record the connecting IP address and the date and time. The address you are about to open is checked solely by matching it against the list stored on your own device, and there is no mechanism that sends the addresses, host names, or browsing history you visit to the outside. The only things stored on your device are the received lists, the date and entry count of the last update, the on/off setting, and the display language.
  • "Handy Clip Memo - Soyogi": Text you copy or cut on web pages, notes you write, and the note colors and panel position are saved only in storage on your own device. Text copied from a password field is never recorded, and the address or title of the source page is never stored. The clipboard is read only when you press the "import current clipboard" button; it is never monitored continuously. Up to 50 items each are kept for copy history and memos, and when that limit is exceeded, the oldest unpinned items are cleaned up automatically. The browser-based web version works the same way, storing its contents only on your device (in your browser's local storage).

Please note that the extensions which operate on every page ("Misclick Shield", "Soyogi Security Shield", and "Handy Clip Memo - Soyogi") cause the browser to display strongly worded permission notices such as "read and change your data on all websites" or "read your browsing history". Those notices are required for them to work on any page; the information they actually handle is limited to what is described above.

6. Information Handled by the Distribution Platforms (Google Play, Chrome Web Store, and the Web Version)

The Android apps are provided through the Google Play Store, and Google may anonymously collect data (such as the number of installs, device type, and app crash logs). The browser extensions are provided through the Chrome Web Store, where similar anonymous statistics may be collected. This information is managed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

The web versions of "Handy Clip Memo - Soyogi", "Forecaster Exam Prep - SOYOGI", "FE Exam Prep - SOYOGI", and "Be the Hero of Tales - SOYOGI" are hosted on an external hosting service (GitHub Pages). Opening the page therefore involves a request to that provider's servers, and access records may be retained under that provider's control. This communication is only what is required to display the page; the text and notes you have saved are never transmitted.

7. Provision to Third Parties

Since our office does not acquire any personal information of users through the Apps, we do not provide it to third parties. The Apps do not include third-party SDKs for advertising or behavioral analytics.

8. External Links

The Apps may contain links to external websites. For the handling of personal information on linked websites, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective site. Our office assumes no responsibility for data processing or content on external websites.

9. Disclaimer

Our office assumes no responsibility for any disadvantages or damages incurred by the user as a result of using the Apps. Please confirm the safety of the Apps and use them at your own risk.
