SOYOGI is a fully anonymous online consultation desk, open at night.
No name, no address, no explaining yourself.
Consultations are currently offered in Japanese only.
The ♪ button at the bottom right plays SOYOGI's songs in random order: three in Japanese, two in English, one instrumental, choir versions of two theme songs (one in Japanese, one in English), two songs for our character Soyosoyo (one in Japanese, one in English), two songs introducing Pui, our Supporter No.000 (one in Japanese, one in English), two songs about welfare itself, and four songs of the founder's beliefs.
The deeper the night, the closer we are

For those who want to take their time and sort things out calmly. Please apply through the reservation form.
Late-night refuge (9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. JST)
For the nights when you are too anxious to sleep, or when you just want to feel that someone is there right now. During these hours I am stationed at the desk in the metaverse. No appointment is needed.

"Even a phone call frightens me." "I can't move a single yen." For people in situations this extreme, this is a metaverse refuge where you do not have to interact with anyone, using anonymous avatars and digital payments.
What SOYOGI is aiming for
What I am aiming at is not temporary assistance, but a true welfare system that keeps turning on its own even after I am gone.
Besides the two doors, we also make free apps that you can use on your own: guides to public support, support for the heart and everyday life, caregiving support, learning and brain training, games, and more. All of them support English, and some are available in up to 19 languages. With no ads and no data collected, anyone anywhere in the world can get them for free.
In the media
SOYOGI's newspaper coverage was not something we applied for. It came about through a connection with a representative at an advertising agency who reached out to us, and it ran as one slot within a feature series.

Of course, we would never say that appearing in a newspaper is itself a reason to feel safe. 3. Certification from an international donation platform
We hold Verified status on the donation platform Giveth (founded in 2016). On 4 September 2026 the project was also included in GIVbacks, its reward program for donors. Counting every project through Giveth's public API that day, 7,696 were listed publicly, 4,397 held Verified status and 4,222 were included in GIVbacks. Of those 4,222, some 3,618 had been registered in bulk by an overseas donation intermediary, leaving 604 that their operators registered themselves. As far as we could confirm, SOYOGI is the only one of those 604 registered from Japan.
