Caregiving, developmental support,
and the isolation you can tell no one about.
In a place where a soft wind blows, we would love to hear your story.
SOYOGI is a fully anonymous online consultation desk, open at night.
No name, no address, no explaining yourself.
Consultations are currently offered in Japanese only.
The ♪ button at the bottom right plays SOYOGI's songs in random order: three in Japanese, two in English, one instrumental, and two songs about welfare itself.
The deeper the night, the closer we are
Consultation by appointment (6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. JST)
For those who want to take their time and sort things out calmly. Please apply through the reservation form.
Late-night refuge (9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. JST)
For the nights when you are too anxious to sleep, or when you just want to feel that someone is there right now. During these hours I am stationed at the desk in the metaverse. No appointment is needed.
We have kept this open every single day since it began in June 2025. Someone will always be here.
(There may be temporary closures due to illness, injury, and the like.)
Two doors, leading two different ways
What kind of situation are you struggling with right now?
SOYOGI has two separate desks, so you can choose whichever suits you.
Door 1: General welfare consultation desk
CaregivingDevelopmental supportEveryday worries
"I don't know where to begin." "Before I try to use any official system, I would like a professional to hear me out first." A practicing certified care worker will take the time to listen to everyday difficulties like these.
Door 2: Digital Shelter
Young carersThe 8050 problemHikikomoriAbuse and domestic violence
"Even a phone call frightens me." "I can't move a single yen." For people in situations this extreme, this is a metaverse refuge where you do not have to interact with anyone, using anonymous avatars and digital payments.
In the media
SOYOGI's newspaper coverage was not something we applied for. It came about through a connection with a representative at an advertising agency who reached out to us, and it ran as one slot within a feature series.
*Everything other than our own slot has been blurred.
Of course, we would never say that appearing in a newspaper is itself a reason to feel safe. If you are wondering whether we are a real organization at all, please also read the full text of our operating rules and our published accounts (Japanese). SOYOGI works with both its operating rules and its flow of money entirely out in the open.

About SOYOGI's trustworthiness
SOYOGI works with its operating rules and its flow of money entirely out in the open.
1. Operating rules
The full text of the rules that govern how we operate is published on this site.
2. Open accounts
We publish our monthly expenses and income on note (Japanese).
3. An international certification
We hold Verified status on the donation platform Giveth (founded in 2016). On 4 September 2026 the project was also included in GIVbacks, its reward program for donors. Counting every project through Giveth's public API that day, 7,696 were listed publicly, 4,397 held Verified status and 4,222 were included in GIVbacks. Of those 4,222, some 3,618 had been registered in bulk by an overseas donation intermediary, leaving 604 that their operators registered themselves. As far as we could confirm, SOYOGI is the only one of those 604 registered from Japan.
4. App reviews
Our published apps have passed Google Play's review and hold ratings from IARC (the International Age Rating Coalition).
